My role included: - Defining training needs and developing disc-based training programs - Conducting training sessions about leadership development, team building, people management training, sales and negotiation training. - Supporting our clients in designing their own competency model in order to build and support Talent Management, Succession Planning and Performance Management activities. - Developing customized solutions like Organization survey and 360 assessment.

My main activities were: - Recruiting: I was in charge of the candidate search and selection process for Middle, Senior & Top Management for Fashion/Luxury Goods and FMCG Companies. - People Management: I managed a team of 8 across Italy (4 sales consultant and 4 recruiters) on a daily basis. - Business Monitoring: Reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), I managed and forecasted the budget.
