Successfully created the Supplier Development organisation in the FIAT operation. In 6 months the team was hired, trained, interfaces with the other functions of the FIAT organisation were stablished and initial results achieved.

•Establish consistent and common supplier expectations through the global application of the 16 Step Supplier Quality Process (APQP). The aim was to develop suppliers that consistently meet customer's requirements with regard to quality, quantity and delivery, resolve quality issues implement and monitor advanced quality planning and provide technical support. •Co-ordination of the APQP process cross-commodity for the Major launches and Model Years at that time.
