Leading Project execution in mature industry (wafer business) and integration of a new acquisition into Bühler consumer food business. - Heading Project execution organization of the global wafer business with 120 people and EUR 150mn Turnover. -Responsible for technical and commercial quotation preparation, Process Engineering and Mechanical Design, Project Management, Shipping und Technical operations considering Installation Technician, Commissioning Engineers and Site managers.

Develop industrial scale insect plants for feed and food in a new and agile industry. Responsibility for engineering and project execution.  Heading Engineering and Project departments located in Switzerland and China with all engineering disciplines incl Project Managers, Process & Mechanical Engineers, Automation Engineers.  Define and implement strategy to build up competitive advantage and client-oriented solutions in close alignment with R&D.

Overall responsibility for all execution projects from contract award, engineering, commissioning to plant handover to the client.  Leading Project & Engineering department with six Project Managers / Engineers (Department 1). Focus: Project execution and offer preparation.  Leading Design department with ten mechanical & plant designers. (Department 2).  Improving Project management system incl workflows, procedures, templates and tools to improve customer project execution.

Responsible for the value creation and project delivery for development projects in mature oil field assets.  Lead Asset Development Team (total 40 people) on a daily basis (6 team leader - direct reports). Staffed team from zero.  Manage integrated field re-development projects from opportunity identification (business case definition) over final investment decisions to Execution and delivery of all elements of the project on time and within budget.

E&P Corporate project management - role in the HO  Prepare and Conduct independent peer reviews for major development projects as PM peer (i.e. gate reviews, design reviews, ORA and HSSE reviews) according to OMV processes.  Provide project management and controlling support for major development projects.  Development and roll out of standards and guidelines for projects.  Project management peer in independent gate reviews.  Identify and disseminate best practice examples in projects.

Responsible as PM for the delivery of the project “LOMST”:  Responsibility to deliver all elements of the project on time and within budget (planning and implementation) (TIC 10mn EUR)  Managed FEED and Detail engineering, construction and commissioning of the gathering stations.  Manage Engineering contractor (EPCM contract)  Lead & manage the integrated multidisciplinary project teams on a daily basis  Provide project delivery expertise within the entire project.

Responsible as PM for the delivery of the (EPCM) project “N2 recovery”:  Manage a multi-disciplinary gas compression project (TIC: 5mn).  Lead project successfully thru all project phases from Assess, Select, Define and Execution until start up.  Lead all project activities to meet project objectives and ensure compliance with schedule, budget, quality and HSE.  Define project charter and planning and selection of resources in alignment with line management.

Responsible for Mechanical and Piping for several EPCM projects.  Prepare datasheets, specifications, requisitions, technical bid analysis and participate in negotiations with suppliers.  Prepare deliverable-based man-hour engineering estimates for projects.  Supervise and witness FAT, SAT and performance test of equipment.  Construction site supervision.  Plan pre-commissioning and commissioning activities  Participate in multidiscipline, interactive planning sessions

 Mechanical and Process engineering for waste water treatment plant “Oran” (Turnkey)  Prepare mechanical datasheets, specifications, requisitions, bid analyses, negotiation with equipment suppliers and planning of construction activities.  Performed project control (schedule & cost) for the entire project.  Reporting to Project Manager

 Perform pulsation -, vibration -, and thermal studies for high pressure compressor systems.  Perform FEM analysis regarding vibrations of compressor components  Perform torsion analysis studies of reciprocating compressors  Mechanical and thermodynamic sizing of compressors and accessories equipment  Provide commissioning & start up support on client’s site.

 Design (3D-CAD – Pro_E) cast & sheet metal components for weighing systems and create fabrication and assembly drawings  Design a wind protection housing for a high precision industrial weighing balance.
