I've divided the OPEX-to-turnover ratio per >4 and multiplied our share in FT per >3, and led nechmarks & experimentations on multi-channel sales. Our partner logo is best known in France with Microsoft’s, and our turnover is equivalent to the 2nd operator's, all Business channels.

I boosted the business and brought back to profitability 3 subs of the Paris area, then 3 subs in the South-East of France (all of them mergers of several former companies), notably by managing relations with the Unions and by launching new offers on services and data networks.

I structured an activity born from 5 different firms, which led to double turnover in 2 yrs while redefining sales policy, opening regional representations, a retail branch and a MA branch, and working closely with our plant in Irvine, Ireland. The company was profitable until my leave.

I started the PCBU in France and led it to 3rd place by creating sales&marketing tools, a pay plan, a segmentation per markets and wholesale/B2C/B2B/B2MA channels, offers of service. I coordinated sales in Europe and worked with our plant in Ayr (Scotland). The PCBU was profitable until my leave.

I started the MA Division and brought it to 1st place in France within 4 yrs by setting up a pay plan, a CRM, processes and a follow-on of margins, the 1st partners' accreditation system in France on PCs, launching offers of service and consulting, and a European MA coordination.

Top of Sales school and Golden Circle, I sold Services then was an Account Manager and Manager on major accounts, in France then at an international level. I also led a workgroup on Stock Exchanges at a worldwide level and participated in launches of correlated offers.
