Lead Product Owner for an integrated laboratory solution in a regulated environment — covering order entry, LIMS, device connectivity, and EDI-based result delivery to customers. I align four application teams around a shared backlog, manage cross-team dependencies, and coordinate deployments across release cycles. My focus: driving the digitalization of lab workflows through agile ways of working, structured collaboration, and end-to-end product thinking.

Led a machine learning pilot to optimize business processes – smarter workflows, less manual pain, more business value. Supported the global rollout of Labware 8 as a business analyst – translating needs, aligning teams, and keeping things (mostly) sane.

As the lead for LIMS development in Krefeld, I structured the software process, managed everything from requirements to deployment, and led the PL/SQL migration to Oracle 12c. I also created scorecard reports and a sales offer tool, plus acted as the local “tech guy” for bug fixes and roadmaps. Most importantly, I learned how to turn stakeholder chaos into usable systems people actually appreciated.
