• Plan and ensure on-time product deliveries by adjusting production capacity in terms of space, equipment and staff • Optimize costs and risks in the supply chain, qualify new suppliers and manage key suppliers • Industrialize new products and processes in production and continuously reduce manufacturing costs • Improve product quality and establish lean processes • Manage product development projects • Design 200MHz analog FM transmitters and receivers based on frequency synthesizer technology

• Implement customer specific AC servomotors solutions • Acquire and train new customers and ensure technical support

• Develop digital high frequency circuits for a 2.5Gbit/s ATM backbone network • Establish concepts for protection switching in optical ring networks • Write marketing brochures and datasheets for ATM networking products
