Coordination of origination across Europe & CEE; Implementation of a cross boarder policy; Preparation of presentations for rating agencies and the bank’s supervisory board;

Head of risk management for the banks commercial real estate business in western Europe, Asia and the US incl. real estate investment banking product, such as P2P and bridge loans; Directly reporting to the banks CRO, management of a team of 6 risk managers; Risk assessment of individual transactions and portfolio analysis

Risk manager for large size commercial real estate loans; Main geographic coverage: Germany and the UK; Risk assessment for new and existing facilities in terms of cashflow analysis, review of external and internal valuation, rating; Preparation and presentation of credit applications to the board of directors; Regular review and amendment of the bank lending policy for individual real estate products and markets

Structuring of closed end real estate fund in terms of tax and legal structure; Property acquisition incl. technical, legal and financial due diligence, Securing of external long term debt for the fund.

Originator for credit products for private clients of the bank, incl. real estate loans, loans for self employed customers and small to mid sized companies; Risk assessment with regard to cashflow analysis, evaluation of securities and creditworthiness of the borrower; Preparation of credit applications.
