Since 02/2012 already supported the activties of the structured real estate unit within UniCredit Germany. Since 2014 being a dedicated real estate syndication expert within Global Loan Syndication and spearheading UniCredit´s efforts to strengthen and widen the position in the German, Austrian, Italian & CEE RE market. Main sectors: residential, office, shopping, retail. Supporting acquistions, refurbishments / re-developments, portfolio financings and refinancings.

As senior syndicator I managed UniCredit´s Project finance activities in the sectors infrastructure, power & renewables in West, Central and Eastern Europe plus CIS & Turkey. I was also part of advisory teams supporting sponsors in e.g. motorway, hospital or tunnel projects. My contribution was related to managing the bank partners, optimisation of the bank clubs (incl. commercial Banks, ECAs, multinationals) regarding liquidity and their financing terms, organisation of sponsor & bank Meetings.

Structuring & distribution of project finance transactions in the sectors: infrastructure, energy, renewables, aircrafts, shipping. Responsible for the identification of underwriting opportunities, advise to origination on financing structures, drafting of a syndication opinion in connection with the internal approval process, creation of the information memorandum, launch of syndication, management of invited banks, allocation of final tickets, management of accession of the new lenders to the facility

Analysis of structured financings in the sectors aviation & shipping including preparation of respective credit applications. In addition management of WestLB´s 100% shareholding in Boullion Aviation Services (aircraft leasing company)
