I ascended the corporate ranks through five promotions from warehouse leader to, ultimately, SBU Manager tasked with overseeing the daily operations for the trade and logistics business function. In this role I orchestrated every aspect of operations from financial and commercial management to acquisitions and sales. In addition to overseeing profit and loss (P&L) and budget, I manage controlling expenses, negotiate contracts and mitigate risk including credit limits, hedging and insurance coverage.

In this role I directed every aspect of logistics, assests, facility, supply chain and customer operations from full accountability for budget, P&L and cost management to working directly with customers and suppliers to build relationships and identify needs. In addition to establishing and implementing strategies and investment plans, I managed facilities to ensure the on-time completion of key energy cost saving projects. I also developed multiple teams and supported the new SC in China/ Tianjin.

I supported the entire logistics function and operations through effective management of the entire budget and P&L results and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. - Orchestrated merging project to effectively manage change and transform business from TTLC to TTESA. - Supported two joint venture projects during tenure, which included two production in-build constructions. - New WMS establishment (HighJump), go-live after successful trial and testing.

I supported the greenfield project phase 1 which included building a new facility. I also established a new logistics center (4.120/ 425/ 40.000m2) from system and process development to supporting the WMS (DCi+) implementation. In addition to recruiting the entire warehouse operations team. In this role I managed the warehouse and facility operations (8.240/ 1.025/ 40.000m2) through effective support of an expansion project 10.2004 - 5.2005 which included phase 2 (+4.120/ 600m2).
