Lead complex global projects like the employee survey, onboarding and company culture definition. Define and increase various people engagement metrics / KPI and report to board. Moderate and present in different global all-hands formats. Ensure stakeholder management and be the key contact for people engagement & culture topics. Coach junior team members in personal & professional development, prioritize project workstream members. Identify and improve moments that matter along the employee lifecycle.

Build-up and refine HR processes from scratch and ensure local process harmonization in up to 12 countries. Set-up the intranet and other knowledge resources. Initiate a global ambassador community and train them on different change and project management skills. Support the leadership in several communication formats.

Selected project experience from the sectors automotive, finance, insurance, health, facilities, supply chain: 1) Global leadership qualification program: Support the rollout in 10+ countries, concept and implement a training program update on the system, program architecture and content level with 1.000+ sites of content 2) Global Finance transformation: Set-up an enablement and training strategy for over 30 digital initiatives, plan and steer a virtual offsite with 5 local CFOs and 12 project leads.
