Working on B2B, B2C, corp. and public sector projects, from industry to social surveys: • Bid writing which led to contracts from public sector entities: Région Wallonne, Awex, Infrabel, Enabel, CEHD... • Management of the roll-out of web surveys and their follow-up (plus some analysis) • Conduct project pilots and complex or very technical qualitative studies • Desk research • Infographics and MailChimp campaigns (including content writing and layout design) • IT management

• Support to Marketing and Sales • Account management and administration of the extranet programs • Creation of sales and customers demo scripts • Creation of newsletters

• Workflow management of packaging artworks • Liaising with affiliates brand managers, outsourced design agency and printers • Managing the outsourced resources : coordination, planning, prioritizing, problem solving • Setting-up and handling processes for monitoring and reporting for graphic projects

• Contribution to the integration of IT technical projects and processes • Interface with IT Managers and external suppliers • Creation of guidelines for IT teams and users

• Traffic management of graphic projects • Technical management of the creative team, design agencies and freelance designers • Interface with Marketing brand managers and suppliers • Liaison with international manufacturing and printing centres • Set-up and development of the new full digital workflow, creation of guidelines and reference toolkits

• Trainer (end-users, trainers, sales) • Technical support to end-users and resellers • Creation of training tools, quick ref cards and newsletters • Creation of Marketing aids (demo scripts, product sheets..) • Attending to fairs and exhibitions
