Led the implementation and Project Management of the rollout of a supplier risk analysis tool with external consultants.  Enhanced and reduced cost of the financial supplier risk assessment process of the Bose Supply Chain and created quantitative business reviews and benchmark metrics to make recommendations for appropriate actions for the constantly changing requirements of Bose.  Co-developed and improved a price variant reporting dashboard as part of a cross-functional team.

Managed the display spare part inventory for North America and supported the indirect purchasing group.  Created spend and category analysis by utilizing SAP reporting functions.  Responsible for MRP process for spare parts, RFQs and creating high volume of purchase orders of medium complexity to procure goods and services.  Led the naming and classification process to transition SKUs from a third party warehousing system into SAP.
