Assisted students translate Ancient Greek in a one-to-one tutoring environment while tailoring instruction and assistance to the needs of each student.

Worked with a wide range of clients to produce memorable moments for their special occasions. I have worked with clients for event photography, weddings, documentary style photography, and photo journalism.

Led groups of 10-20 students in grades P-12 on tours of the campus emphasizing the importance of college education. Responsible for maintaining accountability and safety of the students in my charge. I also answered questions from students and parents about the area, college life, and college amenities in language appropriate to the age group of the tour.

I was responsible for the mission readiness of 10 soldiers. This included ensuring that they were proficient at their trained job as well as cross training them in other fields. I was also responsible for ensuring discipline and proper action of my soldiers. I was also an integral part of unit and higher level training. These training included communication, civilian interaction, small arms, and tactical maneuvers.

As a reporter I was responsible for writing 1-2 stories per week, copy editing, and providing photographs for those stories. As Editor in Chief I was responsible for ensuring that the weekly publication was sent to the printers on time, made final decisions regarding stories, copy editing, layout, and photographs, as well as mitigating issues between the administration and newspaper when appropriate.

Summer internship as a Public Affairs intern acting as a reporter for The Leader, a weekly publication for ROTC cadets stationed on the base. Responsibilities included writing one to two stories per week; revising stories; interviewing cadets, cadre, and military leaders; and occasionally providing pictures for stories.

I was responsible for ensuring the safe training and mission readiness of a 4 man squad. This included making sure that they were physically and mentally fit for any mission. I also ran training exercises at the platoon and company level to ensure that the soldiers were technically proficient at their military specialty.
