Synergies with neighboring sites (e.g. warm water from E.On) formed an inseparable part of the project. In alliance executed project. The facilities and the work involved are a new mild hydrocracking unit and associated facilities such as new amine recovery unit, sour water stripper, hydrogen plant and sulphur recovery including a tail gas treating unit.
