TRO at Bishopric Essen Outdoor education: team leading and substantively tasks for students from 9th to 12th grade, as well as pupils from vocational colleges As a teamer I am responsible to give tasks to improve their mental position. It is important to be empathetic to understand the dynamics of the group to match their desires and needs.

Next to my studies I work in the upscale gastronomy.

I had the chance to support the cinese office in Shanghai with their daily work as providing needed information to employees, preparing meetings and creating shedules for servies engineers.

I had the chance to experience how the marketing department of an international company works, as well as to understand the diefferences between the american and the german culture.

Before starting my recent studies I worked half a year fulltime as a waitress in an upscale gastronomy. Interesting about this job was to experience next to the physical work also cognitive and social confrontation. As I expierenced in the past it is a good opportunity to strength the limit of stess and ability for social interaction.

I helped to build up a team of five people under my responsibility and 20 all in all. Teaching and selling financial product were my tasks as well as supporting the members of my team to receive better knowledge and training. It was a self-employment with great opportunities to learn about responsibilities and beeing confortable with presenting in front of medium audiences.
