Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization, create job descriptions, efficiently and effectively fill open positions, conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Organization of events and educational programs financed by POSDRU. I was responsible for ensuring proper development, sharing volunteers on various activities and presentations.
