I managed the community CX platform, user onboarding, as well as analyzed data insights based on stakeholder requirements. Content-wise, I ensured the right articles and events target the right partners for increased traffic and to generate awareness and business conversations. Worked together with engineering and design teams to continuously improve the user experience on the community.

The purpose of my role is to coordinate the internal vacancies and transfer process. Also I ensure that internal talent is transferred to a new Organization in a timely manner by working closely with Hiring Managers to understand and act on their internal recruitment needs. Other key responsabilites are: Act as user support of business applications (Taleo, Irecruitment, Manager Self Service). Be familiar with and maintain current knowledge on all country specific recruitment policies and requirements

-Coordinating a team of 6 sourcers. -Being single point of contact for our Recruiters and Recruitment Managers. -Allocating sourcers on new projects, across EMEA. -Training new Sourcers on recruiting systems : Taleo, iRecruitment. -Assisting Recruitment Managers & Director with activity reports (pivot tables). -Supporting Recruitment Director with mapping projects across EMEA.
