Daily responsibility for 5-star hotel reception operation including business center and operators (total 20 associates) Reporting to Front Office Manager/ Rooms Division Manager and replacing head of department when away Meet and greet guests as ambassador of the lobby and ensuring efficient check-in and check-out process Assisting FOM in hiring new associates (screening resumes and interviewing) Direct responsible for training, evaluating, motivating, coaching and counseling

Meet and greet guests and escorting to tables as well as providing and explaining menus Staking and responding to dinning reservations, pre communications with guests for arranging parties and events Help coworkers to take orders in order to provide the fast and courteous service to guests at all the times Assisting the restaurant supervisors preparing roster and time sheets for month end reporting Administrative assignments regarding ordering supplies and stock keeping
