As a Lead Service Delivery Consultant, Gabriel led his team in the successful implementation of the ITSM project, transitioning from Freshdesk to Salesforce Service Cloud. This initiative was focused on integrating ITIL/ITSM practices while providing a more efficient tool for tracking incidents, service requests, problems, and changes. He also created Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools, which significantly increased the efficiency of tracking and managing cases.

As a Service Delivery Consultant for SimCorp Data Management Application Services, Gabriel with his strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency, has accomplished significant enhancements and automation processes, significantly accelerating productivity and efficiency. This includes the successful revamp of the team's SharePoint site, offering improved user-friendliness, essential tools, documents, and resources for daily tasks.

As a Content Analyst at LSEG Data & Analytics (formerly Refinitiv), Gabriel demonstrated strong leadership skills, enabling him to successfully lead and collaborate with team members across different levels and functions. His problem-solving skills and attention to detail were critical in identifying and resolving issues, ensuring data accuracy, and improving processes' efficiency.

Thomson Reuters sold a 55% majority stake in its Financial & Risk unit to private equity firm Blackstone Group LP in October 2018, in a deal that valued the total F&R business at about $20 billion. In October 2019, Blackstone and Thomson Reuters announced the sale of the company to the London Stock Exchange Group. LSEG completed the US$27 billion purchase from the two previous owners in late January 2021, and Refinitiv is now a subsidiary of LSEG.

Gabriel pursued the MBA + Master in Big Data and Business Intelligence to cultivate a comprehensive managerial understanding of Big Data technologies. Completing this dual degree not only amplifies opportunities for management roles across diverse company departments but also positions Gabriel as a valuable asset in the evolving landscape of data analysis professions. In addition to these, Gabriel is concurrently pursuing a Diploma in Expertise in Coaching and Neuro-linguistic programming.

Gabriel led SLSU Junior Financial Executives (17-18), becoming one of the foremost finance student organizations in the Philippines. He also became one of the delegates who represented Quezon Province in the Philippine Model Congress (2017) held in the Senate of the Philippines. Gabriel's internship at the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation - Regional Office Lucena allowed him to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, gaining insights into public affairs.
