Technology tests (adhesion, resistance, apperance and color) and development of powder paints, research into raw materials and painting processes improvement. Analyzing applications and testing methods improvements according to customer requests.

Analysis of air quality in the northern industrial area of Joinville to identify potential sources of air pollution in order to enable a systematic development to reduce air pollution. Research and chemical analyses were conducted in cooperation with the USP Chemical Institute.

Analysis and improvement of the polymer injection and extrusion process, production flow (assembly and problem solving) and product development flow. Technical support to partner departments. Development of 3D and 2D automation projects (Solidworks and Autodesk) and implementation of new injection molds.

Preparation and supporting teachers during practical classes. Management and organization of materials and reagents.
