-Responsible for the development, professionalization, and alignment of procurement processes, best practices, IT tools and systems, to improve overall efficiency and business results - Counselling and support of managers on procurement processes, spend and performance data analysis, and identification and design of improvement initiatives - Manage the interface with other company global functions regarding procurement processes and activities -Leverage of data analytics & process mining tools

-Management of Business Transformation and Improvement across EMEA, LATAM, AP regions for processes related to Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable, coordinating and managing cross-functional teams in different countries. -Leverage and promote the use of analytical and process mining tools to improve decision making at the strategic, management, and operational level. Identification of business cases and financial opportunities; design, and establishment of KPI´s, reporting and monitoring.

-Manage business process integration projects for company sites worldwide -Use of analytics to drive process improvements and business value. -Key liaison with countries and other HQ departments across the company to ensure that standardized business template is used properly and effectively on a daily basis -Coordinate retrofits in countries with older versions Serialization -Main contact for business Serialization and Tracking support and improvement for the EMEA, LATAM, and AP regions

-Redesign of core business processes belonging to the Business Intelligence and Planning Office -Business Intelligence analysis using Oracle BI and SAS. -Project Evaluation -Management control of business areas -Analysis of commercial and clinical business cases. -Internal business performance reporting -Data extraction using SQL, SAS, Tableau and SAP ERP modules (MM)

- Responsible for training and coordinating the Business Process Office team

-Responsible for designing and implementing operational methods that promote the organization's overall efficiency and reduce costs -Business Process discovery, modeling and improvement using the BPMN standard. -Creation, evaluation and presentation of business cases and proposals involving increased efficency to the Senior Management. -Support the coordination of Business areas with the IT department and enable Change Management in the improved processes.

Responsible for the performance of the Business Process Office (8 industrial engineers and 1 clinical advisor), under the command of the Chief Financial Officer
