I redesign the operations structure and built the Assets Optimization department, a cross-functional division to generate efficiencies and synergies within North America and the Global operation alignment. And optimized the fleet assets. - Successfully managed the largest Americas Region Blade Campaign manpower operation, which included an incident-free 9-month project engaging over 200 skilled technicians.
