• Plan and implement upgrades to multi-channel service, to allow suppliers on Wayfair´s hub to fulfill orders for 3rd party e-tailers. • Write specifications for multi-channel service, following up on implementations from development, testing, creating handbooks and training users. • Manage returns from Wayfair orders to UK hub and oversee liquidation.

• Run inventory analysis and drive corrective actions with supply teams to minimize stock liability and risk of excess and obsolescence. Track and report consumption trends to program management to improve forecast accuracy. • Create and implement tool for calculation of dynamic buffer levels. • Drive process improvement projects on the inbound teams. Create and implement new tools, train users and track results on relevant KPIs. • Provide a receiving forecast to warehouses for their resource planning.

• Global supplier relationship management for 4PL solution provided by Arrow Alliance to Ericsson. • Manage suppliers’ performance in cooperation with Ericsson sourcing. • Calculate dynamic buffer levels and ensure implementation by suppliers.

• Compile demand for the EMEA region and send forecast to factories and contract manufacturers. • Follow-up production planning and order fulfillment to meet agreed core KPIs, lead-times, service levels and revenue targets. • Perform inventory projections to maximize inventory turnover, monitor invested capital. Calculate buffers to minimize obsolescence and excess.

• Guide suppliers through new business setup post-acquisition. • Perform risk analysis to secure suppliers’ output capacity. Calculate buffer levels and prevent supply problems. • Continuous feedback to strategic sourcing for VPA negotiations.

• Plan material flow for production and feedback production planing and customer. Support NPI and repair centres. • Analyze demand fluctuations and control inventory levels to minimize excess material and optimize ITO. • Compile BOMs for quarterly product pricing. • Solve purchase price variations (PPV) with suppliers and compensations with customer. • Support escalations and allocations and meeting key suppliers. • Manage product version changes for production and prototypes.

• Purchase mechanical components, reporting inbound material flow to production planning. Trigger escalations to sourcing when needed. • Update forecasts to suppliers, rescheduling orders according to demand fluctuations. Develop and improve relationships with critical suppliers.

Manage wholesales and marketing of Estonian knitting yarns to EU countries and US. • Purchase from local producers according to demand and building of service stock. • Communication with customers and negotiating prices with suppliers.

• Raw material purchases (importing alpaca and pima cotton from Peru and accessories from Netherlands). Re-ordering point calculations and buffer stock maintenance. • Run long-term forecasts for seasonal material. • Search for new clients and market trends for product development. • Order fulfilment and customer service through company’s website.
