Main responsibilities: - Operational brand and project management. - Development of the private label according to the brand positioning. - Responsible for sales of Concept for Life private label to be supported in the individual markets. - Continuous analysis of private label development and sales KPIs. - Control of the promotional measures. - Collaboration with internal and external partners and suppliers. - Performing the continuous shelf maintenance.

I take an active part in daily operations with the possibility to take responsibility for my own projects on E-commerce, category management, sustainability, shopper & trade marketing. I work on making Henkel assortment attractive both on the shelf in-store & online at the E-commerce players. I participate in implementing the E-commerce strategy and analyzing the E-commerce market environment. I perform analysis of shopper trends and I actively communicate with local country teams.

I am involved in the product's innovation process, in the strategic market analysis and in updating and managing standard reports. I actively create consumers' and competitors' profiles, develop concepts and packaging ideas, independently steer promotional projects and take care of relationships with other departments and agencies.

As PR Executive, I do market researches in Europe to find partners of the community of the Sustainability market with whom the company could potentially collaborate.
