Account manager for US Federal Civilian, International Organizations and several commercial organizations at a growing provider of open-source geospatial technology infrastructure. Developed and expanded relationships with existing clients with a focus on growing recurrent future business opportunities, as well as outsides sales to bring on new clients and transition them to using the OpenGeo suite of technology. Provided insight on client and market needs to the product development process.

Disaster Risk Management in Latin America and the Caribbean. Focus on geospatial information, data and analysis for risk mitigation, modeling and disaster reconstruction. Core member of World Bank response to the 2010 earthquakes in Haiti and Chile - including leadership role in remote sensing damage assessments. Worked in numerous countries throughout the region including Chile, Guatemala, Peru, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados.

Provided analytical support to a variety of studies, including the Urbanization Review initiative, the Global Tiger initiative, and disaster response activities in southeast Asia. Coordinated the World Bank's Spatial Data Catalogue and GIS training courses. Served as core team member on a regional trade study for Central Asia. Analyzing the populations access to markets and economic centers, examining how policy changes and transportation investments could encourage regional and local economic growth.

Developed methodology for risk assessment of routing on railroad lines, through analyzing geographic exposure to various risk factors. Conducted assessment for freight rail lines in the Midwestern US. Presented research at INFORMS 2008.

Served as first point of contact for constituents calling and visiting the congressman's office. Drafted constituent correspondence on behalf of the Congressman on issues of importance to constituents (e.g. foreign aid, animal rights, and transportation policy).
