Working as Solution Architect on a peer level with Account Managers to formulate technical requirements for nominated customers and new business sales projects. It is vital that the Solution Architect acts as the lead Technical Authority for these accounts/projects by delivering technical information to the customers

Responsible for Managing the Infrastructure area in managed Services department at Huawei Corporation, as we are responsible to serve our customers using offshore model, coering Servers, OS, Storage, Databases, …., etc. to run the Telecom operators IT operations smoothly and professionally and works closely with business and IT leaders, vendors and suppliers.

I was working at SAAD Group of companies which consists of a hospital, construction company, bank and a travel agency and many other subsidiaries, my responsibility is to implement the oracle E-Business R12 for all these group of companies and integrate the currently used applications in the newly implemented e-business system, and apply all the new patches and the functionalities required from the functional areas, after the project has been successfully completed.

I was working in a team called “On-Demand Operations” which hosts about 100 Customers' Environments and our responsibility was to manage all these environments for all the known Tasks which are Day-to-Day maintenance operations, monitoring, installations and configurations of Oracle E-business Applications and databases, apply patches, Administration/troubleshooting Oracle Applications
