Managed over 20+ chemical products supply and application contracts with a combined value in excess of $2.500.000. Design and implementation of a Contract management system that allowed a 50% reduction in valuation, billing and money collection times.

Managed 9 contracts with a total value in excess of $12.500.000. The valuation drafting and approval time was reduced from 3 days to 1 day due to the design and implementation of a Valuation management system. Over 15 contractual labor claims were submitted and successfully acknowledged by customer with a total value of $75.000 (2% total value contract), which allowed to improve the contract profitability.

Performed an audit that detected 700+ not billed activities that amounted to an un-realized income of $1.200.000 (30% of contract value). With 100% activities billed, contract profitability was increased.

Developed the Cost Estimate of 15+ Construction jobs (civil, mechanical, electric, and instrumentation) with contract values ranging from $250.000 to $2.000.000. Main responsibilities: Develop and review the cost estimate, submit the final cost estimate for customer’s approval.

Cost estimation of 50+ construction contracts from bidding phase: (civil, mechanical, electric and instrumentation disciplines) with contract values ranging from $200.000 to $5.000.000. Main responsibilities: Develop the cost estimate and the technical documentation and bid qualifications.

Planning, managing and execution of 30+ chemical cleaning and high pressure water cleaning jobs within established deadlines and budget: Boilers boil-out, tower degassing and decontamination, alkaline/acid chemical cleaning of pipelines and equipment, External fin-fan cooler cleaning, high pressure water cleaning, etc. Projects value ranging from $ $20.000 to $500.000.
