Designing user experiences and animated UIs in our games with Unity

CESDA is a Pilot University in Spain, I worked as an IT Manager, I was responsible for the department. The more important roles that I developed were Team Lead and Project Manager, Software Development, IT Administrator and Network Technician.

Graphical Designer, Head of Instructors, Workshop Manager, and Code 4 Kids Teacher (Scratch)

I worked as a Help Desk in a team of 6, applying ISO 20000 and ITIL concepts, using agile methodologies, specialized in LibreOffice and creating video tutorials.

I worked as a Help Desk in a team of 3, focused on user help. I set up Open Office as the main office program, adapted all documents and explained and help users to adapt to the new software. As a side project, I developed the intranet.

Learned about User-centered design methodologies applying the Design Thinking process and validating ideas through user research, information architecture, wireframing, user testing, empathy mapping, prototyping, user testing, and heuristic evaluation.

The student acquires the theoretical foundations and practical knowledge about programming, systems administration, networks and security necessary to develop his activity in a wide range of areas related to the exercise of computer engineering.
