I am in the lucky position of recruiting for Dropbox! I am currently recruiting for Enterprise Account Executives, Regional Managers, Solutions Architects and Customer Success Managers for our DACH and BeNeLux regions.

I exceeded challenging recruitment targets and grew the business internationally. I recruited for Dublin and across EMEA (Italy and Spain).

I recruited for Citrix Online across Europe. I focused on recruiting for our expanding sales teams in Germany, France, Ireland and the UK.

• Provided full staffing service to hiring managers and serve as the main recruitment partner for various business units in Dublin, Shannon, Reading, Milan and Rome.

1. Identified, interviewed and selected high calibre candidates; from Accounts Assistants, Assistant Accountants, Actuaries, Compliance Officers, Investment Accountants to Underwriters among others. 2. Adhered to good practice in all recruitment procedures in line with employment and equality legislation. 3. Managed third party introductions to the company to improve the quality of candidate intake, speed of response and cost savings. 4. Issuing of contracts

Recruited candidates from countries throughout Central, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Online Sales & Operations (AdWords and AdSense) and the Consumer Products teams based in Dublin.
