One of two trainers responsible for all the English Training needs in the Service Center, Berlin. (see previous roles) Designing and leading specialised and ad-hoc workshops Supporting the Communications Department with English publications. Providing ad-hoc translation and proof-reading services for various departments. Data collection and reporting (attendance, progress, feedback)

Responsible for designing and co-ordinating course plans for each class and for individual clients. Responsible for level-testing and enrolment of students. Preparing students for the Cambridge Proficiency Examination. Co-Ordination of school events and staff workshops. Ensuring implementation of and adherence to course plans. Continuously monitoring and assessing the progress of each client.
