I am developing and leading a global team of Technical Support Engineers, primarily responsible for troubleshooting customizations to the Demandware platform across all of our clients’ implementations. My team is also responsible for technical performance analysis and pro-active engagement around our clients’ solutions. Additionally, my team works cross-functionally to provide best-practice documentation, training material, code examples and other added-value collateral to our clients.

Beside troubleshooting customizations to our clients’ solutions, I was responsible for providing clients with architectural guidance. I worked on implementing and growing a forum-based support and developer community to help scale delivery of services and enablement. I worked in cross-functional initiatives including the Demandware Center of Excellence, a Platform Governance compliancy initiative, as well as in a number of projects around the Demandware Commerce Academy and Open Developer Community.

As Director of Project Development at Mobizcorp, I built and led a team of highly specialized developers and consultants working exclusively with the Demandware platform. I was responsible for client engagement, project management, requirements definition, and the design and implementation of our projects. I developed and implemented training and resource allocation strategies that allowed our company to scale quickly and effectively while maintaining the high level of quality the company is known for.

In my role as an eCommerce Consultant / Developer at Mobizcorp I was primarily responsible for designing and implementing Demandware based eCommerce solutions for our clients. I worked with our clients throughout the project lifecycle, from technical requirement definition, through implementation to operational activities and best practice guidance. I worked on-site with a number of clients, assisting them with team enablement and launch-readiness.

As Project Manager Online Shop I led a small team of engineers responsible for managing all aspects of the companies Demandware based eCommerce solution. I worked with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements for new features and enhancements to both the storefront and back-end integrations, and oversaw their implementation. My team was also responsible for daily operations and administration of the eCommerce systems and business user enablement.

As an Application Engineer at Promarkt, I was responsible for developing new features as well as maintenance of the legacy eCommerce platform. During the replatforming initiative to Demandware, I designed and implemented a simple middleware system to interface with our legacy ERP Navision. After replatforming, I took over engineering ownership of the Demandware solution from the external implementation team, and was responsible for maintenance and developing enhancements for the solution.

As a freelance Multimedia Producer I designed and developed a number of rich-media UIs, web sites, logos, posters and flyers, primarily for clients in Germanys’ thriving underground entertainment sub-culture.

In my role as Multimedia Producer for Online Marketing at Framfab, I was responsible for creating rich-media marketing collateral such as online advertising assets and gamification for a variety of high-visibility brands, primarily from the financial sector. I was involved in the entire creative lifecycle of our campaigns.

As a Graphic Designer at Primus Online GmbH I was responsible for concepting and creating online advertising assets together with the marketing managers from each of the 6 themed eCommerce shops.
