I was responsible to ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and revenue recognition. Also work to resolve Materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics, Support material aspects of transfers, which includes Integrated Supplier Program Field Modification Instruction, as appropriate - ordering material, formulating schedules Supplier visits, as needed - internal and external Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material.

Responsible for Material Planning & production Planning, customer order processing and delivery scheduling.Closely work with vendors for Order confirmations and expedites.Ensure Zero downtime in production line due to material shortages.Worked in close coordination with Production for getting production output in line with the customer requirement. Inventory control and maintaining ITR Ratio.

Sourcing & Procurement of various press and welded parts for different automotive part assembly. Also responsible to carry out all SAP related transactions pertaining to Materials Management Module.Purchasing activities viz. floating of Enquiries, Evaluation of offers, Vendor negotiation, Placement of Orders, etc.Responsible for maintaining the inventory levels with the company targets.
