Develop budget by gathering IT requirements from internal partners and determining costs necessary to implement business initiatives

• Managed SAP Applications team responsible for the SAP R/3 system including FICO, MM, SD, WM, and PP modules • Managed Sales Force Automation SAP CRM implementation introducing more accurate sales forecasts resulting in a 21% reduction of warehoused inventory due to an inventory mix that better matched customer demand

• Served as project manager responsible for building prototype and pilot solutions for a cross-functional team tasked with exploring new business opportunities for Oki Data Americas

• Managed team of developers and analysts responsible for all Oki Data Americas SAP interfaces, including ongoing electronic commerce development, EDI, barcode, and freight manifest systems
