Process Governance of Record to Report activities

Develop Training Framework and SSCDN Onboarding for the training governance and general onboarding across SSCDN. Maintain Knowledge Transfer Methodology as the standard approach in knowledge transfer activities in the Shared Service Center Organization. Content Manager for AskDelphi and Transformation Hub. Manage communication channels to provide guidance on the right communication tools. Collaborate with multinational colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

First level of support for Change Request process. Maintenance of the global resource database. Preparation of risk-based reporting to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with different process workstreams (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Controlling, HR, General Services, and Employee Services) to track milestones and project plan.

Lead Accounting and Non-Accounting transformation of global processes. Manage risks and issues of a transformation project. Implement global accounting standard processes, align implementation of IT system landscape, and stabilize transferred processes in the Shared Service Center Organization in the Philippines.

Perform reconciliation to ensure intercompany differences are minimized and high value items are reconciled. Clear old and overdue items on time especially during month end. Ensure accurate posting of intercompany invoices especially prior month end closing.

Analyze revenue variance and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts. Execute various customer reports and invoices. Supervise and guide junior staffs.

Prepare financial statements including the notes. Ensure proper accounting of clients’ records. Train and supervise junior staff in carrying out the audit.
