Led the development and implementation of environmental and health and safety policies and practices; Coordinated obtaining environmental permits from Local and State Authorities during design stage. Ensured policy compliance with Bulgarian legislation and international standards during construction of the biggest wind farm in Bulgaria; Coordinated public hearings and consultations and reported environmental issues on site to Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and to EBRD

Assisted the site manager with the day-to-day work on site. Monitored the site labor force and the work of subcontractors and tracked daily work against project plan. Oversaw quality control, health and safety matters on site and prepared HSE reports.
