Together with my team (around 100 FTEs located in Iași RO) we've been able to achieve important results such as the decrease of the turnover rate (from 43% to 20%), while taking care of IT projects and productive issues in order to improve the level of service. Thanks to the results achieved the internal customer survey results greatly improved and made us partners with the clients and to define with them the IT strategy in order to support the Risk Management function at best.

Located in Milan, I've been able to successfully spread a continuous improvement mindset among my team members (around 20 people spread in different Countries) which worked always seeking out the best possible solution to every problem encountered: this allowed us to stabilize the productive environment and reduce significantly the number of incidents open by end users or due to software/hardware failure.

Temporary relocated to Munich to lead a team of 15 people for one year, with the main goal of internalizing outsourced skills and knowledge on LimeX (the main application for German legal entity of UniCredit dealing with Counterparty Credit Risk used to monitor limits and exposures). Target achieved in less than one year, working closely with another colleague who was also temporary relocated to Munich.

Worked as Business Analyst on Market Risk and Credit Counterparty Risk systems for UniCredit dealing in particular with Full Revaluation Engine application. Objective of the Project was to implement a group-wide internal model for Counterparty Credit Risk for UniCredit and its subsidiaries (including HypoVereinsbank and Bank Austria) following the European Central Bank regulations.
