As responsible of a team of professionals he coordinates activities of Business Lines teams (Sales Force Effectiveness, Portfolio Optimisation, Marketing excellence) ensuring the budget in terms of top lines (Revenues) and profit (P/L). He also coordinates the Business Development team to ensure progress in addressing new product opportunities and the Pricing Market Access and HEOR group.

He coordinates activities of EU local market access teams (regulatory, pricing/reimburs. and health economics outcomes research managers). He supports the local product teams to ensure demonstrable (relevant and measurable) progress in addressing top product barriers/ opportunities. he ensures that non-prescribing stakeholder issues and their active management have become embedded in ‘ business as usual’. As responsible of a team of six professionals he delivered several price/reimbursement application/negotiation positively concluded in respect of the Headquarters target prices and directives; ambispective naturalistic trials in health economic outcomes research (oncology, cardiovascular, neuroscience, respiratory and metabolic areas); pharmacoeconomic models completed and cost/effectiveness analyses completed. Responsible for a team of 14 people + 2 proxies at the Italian Ministry of Health, coordinating the activities of all affiliate companies of the Menarini Group with more than 273 drug registrations worldwide (includine centralized and MRPs) on 30 different active ingredients in all main therapeutic areas, supervising the file preparation (both preclinical and clinical) and contributing in setting clinical development protocols according Good Clinical Practice.
