Announced as head of Enterprise Architecture after establishing the basis of the Architecture discipline in the EMEA region. In charge of the development of the target architecture landscape, architecture roadmap and governance. Leading the team of Enterprise Architects in EMEA. Leading the setup of the global architecture team in responsibility of the Olympus headquarter in Japan.

Took over the responsibility as program manager to finish the SAP implementation program for the EMEA region at Olympus. Interim position for 1 year.

Started as first Enterprise Architect within Olympus, being responsible to establish the Enterprise Architecture discipline within the EMEA region. Enhancement of the link between business and IT. Driving initiatives to make a better fit between the business needs and the IT landscape. After successful results in the EMEA region, the Olympus Tokyo decided to build up a Global IT Architecture discipline. Building up the Global Architecture Team in cooperation with colleagues from America, Japan and China.

Announced as Manager in the Next Generation Finance Program after the merger between DNV and Germanischer Lloyd. Program goal: implementation of a global order-to-cash solution based on Oracle EBS and thereby the decommissioning of over 40 legacy finance applications. Manager of a global team of 25 employees working from 9 locations. Responsible for the development of the application landscape transformation strategy, data cleansing and migration and definition of master data processes in the program.

Driving the architectural analysis of the legacy Germanischer Lloyd maritime application platform to prepare for the merger between DNV and Germanischer Lloyd. Development of a solutions delivery model to improve the software delivery process and cooperation with the business. Introduction of a stronger project management discipline. Coaching of employees to get more awareness for solution design, in order to deliver applications with a more solid technical basis and a better fit to business.

Department leader ‘Multi-project Management’. Building up a new department that is responsible to control the project portfolio for the SAP implementation at the Otto Group. Monitoring of more than 20 projects: program planning, coaching of project leaders and assuring projects to be delivered in time and budget.

Started after finishing Business study as young professional. Via software engineering, requirements management developed to project manager of complex projects in Custom Software Developement. Since beginning 2008 internal manager. First responsible for the Java Cluster (26 consultants) later for the Architecture and Design in Microsoft cluster (71 consultants).
