Olympus Europa SE & Co. KGAnnounced as head of Enterprise Architecture after establishing the basis of the Architecture discipline in the EMEA region. In charge of the development of the target architecture landscape, architecture roadmap and governance. Leading the team of Enterprise Architects in EMEA. Leading the setup of the global architecture team in responsibility of the Olympus headquarter in Japan.
Took over the responsibility as program manager to finish the SAP implementation program for the EMEA region at Olympus. Interim position for 1 year.
Started as first Enterprise Architect within Olympus, being responsible to establish the Enterprise Architecture discipline within the EMEA region. Enhancement of the link between business and IT. Driving initiatives to make a better fit between the business needs and the IT landscape. After successful results in the EMEA region, the Olympus Tokyo decided to build up a Global IT Architecture discipline. Building up the Global Architecture Team in cooperation with colleagues from America, Japan and China.

Responsible for the development of the application landscape transformation strategy, data cleansing and migration and definition of master data processes in the program.
