•I was transferred to support the development of user-centric products and establish a framework for time to market the new and enhanced product portfolio. The vision of success was to build a process-based structure based on user experience research and value proposition definition to channel work streams and work packages to improve KPIs for usage and the number of users initiating easy-to-use consumable products in the market.

I was recruited to increase the efficiency of the Call Center team covering 70% of the Vodafone operation (UX improvement and development program covering 70% of the back-office operations) and meeting the AHT targets.

I was recruited to enhance, design and develop for the banking projects covering internet banking, mobile-specific applications as well as Ziraat Banks' internal screens by applying UX and UI methodologies to coach UX and agile teams in delivering results assuring speed to answer for Ziraat Banks customer faced processes.

I was recruited to develop UX methodologies for the client's projects. Recruited as a specialist, reported to Head of Design, delivering best in class screen designs and mobile projects of Turkish Airlines, Anadolu Jet, Edenred, Al-Tayer, and Koç Group.

I started my career as a startup leader and as a consultant to design, develop and execute customer projects. For web, mobile well as SEO, and content development. Delivered 30 customer projects successfully which gave me a base for user experience concepts where I have developed my technical skills in user experience and user-centered design and acquiring professional project delivery skills to satisfy customer needs.

The concentration in Industrial and Product Design defines design broadly and encourages students to develop new approaches to design.
