Manging Director , responsible for manufacturing, exporting and designing agricultural machinery. Turnover currently at 85 mio € , expected to grow with 25%. Main challenge at the moment is managing the integration of the company in the Kuhn Group

Country manager with responsibility for turnover of 200 mio Euro, 500 employees, 7 concrete products factories, 4 Ready mixed concrete plants, 2 distribution platforms.

Responsible for the world wide implementation of a standard reporting system. This was a truly international experience with a team of 6 different nationalities in Zürich and a team of 4 nationalities in Sao Paolo.

As project manager for the implementation of corporate initiatives I was responsible for successful implementations in Holcim Group companies in Russia, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Germany.

Delivered projects in the role of project manager for 5 multinationals. The projects focused on bottom line improvements through business process and asset utilization improvement, improvement of management systems and coaching of senior and middle management.

Held several positions varying from (Lead) Process Engineer, Construction engineer to Proposal manager. The most important positions, from a personal development point of view, were the assignments in Buenos Aires (4 months) where I rescheduled the handover of the refinery in order to assure that the contractual deadline was met, and the 6 months I spend in Suriname training and leading operators in the country’s first refinery.
