I provide individualised assistance to high school students (14-16 years old) in English, Spanish and French. I create personalised lesson plans which can engage the students with a resulting improvement in their marks at school.

Promotion and sale of tourist services at the cruise pier with a special focus on customer needs

In this role, my responsibilities were to give help and information to cruise tourists so that they felt welcome and, if needed, to sell them useful items, such as a map of the city. I had the pleasure to work successfully with a team. I also provided some translations for the company.

I studied linguistics and interpretation. In particular, I have taken exams in consecutive and simultaneous interpreting in English and French to and from Italian.

I had the opportunity to learn English and French language, culture and literature. Most of my exams involved linguistics and written translation.
