Creating and directing a new cross-border Key Account Management Team with 7 members - 5 members new in their role. Implementing and achieving synergies between countries, reviewing, and exchanging local expertise and success stories.

    Created the new Business Development Unit including 1 Launch Manager and 1 Project Manager. Developed Mylan Generic and Biosimilar campaigns and activities including PR for product launches. Defined strategies, opportunities, resource allocation, marketing and sales activities for the launch of new generic and biosimilar products for the Swiss market by networking with global and on-site project and supply teams. Elaborated commercial models and stakeholder tactics for maximum market penetration.
