• Study and dissect the list of Maintenance Tasks provided by Airbus to identify the best course of action; • Assign criticality levels to the different Maintenance Operations; • Verify data consistency, reliability, exceptions and find solutions to resolve potential issues; • Collaborate towards the production of Maintenance Plans for various aircraft programs.

• Manage commercial offers for Ferry Flight Kits according to airlines’ needs; • Coordinate several departments for the timely preparation and delivery of the aforementioned kits for both new aircraft and spot activities; • Follow up and support the customers and all the functions involved throughout the delivery and return of the kits.

• Analyze Operational Availability and Operational Interruptions data from various airlines and Airbus programs; • Organize, clean, interpret airlines’ data packages and retrieve missing pieces of information; • Create “coding tables” with rules to allow the coding process to interpret inputs from different airlines; • Code and prepare the data in the IATA standard for subsequent upload and analysis on Skywise by Airbus; • Train colleagues to perform the activity.

• Collaborate in the development of Airbus OPAS (Optimised Planning & Advanced Sequencing); • Define the specifications to retrieve data from documentation to create a highly granular database of maintenance operations; • Coordinate the exchange among the following teams: Maintenance, Business and Software Development; • Find and tackle project issues during operations and conceive ideas for solutions and potential improvements; • Cooperate in the production of the first OPAS aided maintenance plans.

• Coordinate the following functions: Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality Control, Internal Suppliers/Customers; • Identify extended lead time work orders, recurring problems and provide a timely execution strategy/recovery plan; • Manage operational planning and support critical interventions; • Direct daily board meeting with the main functions to discuss about the main blocking points; • Meet with internal customers to provide them information and discuss their requests.

• Collect information on “Power On” release critical electrical lines and systems; • Create a database of mandatory “Power On” items to ease outstanding work prioritization and implement it to provide the most relevant work orders from a folio input; • Exchange with the Hamburg HQ to attempt to close potential FAL blocking issues upstream.
