Providing contract & claims management for the projects in Georgia, specifically for Urban Services Improvement Investment Program – "Construction of Water Supply, Sewerage System, Collector and Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bolnisi and Marneuli” that are currently supervised by Asian Development Bank (ADB), framed by FIDIC Pink and Gold books MDB Editions (2010 editions) and ENAA.

Responsible for delivering cutting-edge products and have been providing PM structuring and implementation consultancy, PMI approved trainings for clients; some of which are the biggest in Turkey and Central Asia such as Artel, Tupras, Erdemir, Aselsan.

Performed planning management duties managing an international team consisting of 6 people, including schedulers, BoQ trackers, reporting engineers, reporting to management in both Doha and Seoul. Acted as Logistics Coordinator to ensure project specific logistic needs are met fully, in liaison with procurement, subcontracting and construction teams.

Hill International provided construction management services for a 52-story office tower project with approximately 80,000 SM of gross construction area. As the tallest building in the Caucasian region, the building also contains an amphitheater wing, a multipurpose wing, and two levels of underground parking. Compiled project schedules using data from the main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Provided independent consulting services for several companies related to the Emaar Square mixed-use development project. The project involved the construction of four structures with 1,000 apartments, 40,000 SM of office space, a shopping mall with 400 stores and 155,000 SM of leasable space, and a five-star hotel known as "The Address." Provided delay analysis and forensic scheduling services across Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries on behalf of an international consulting firm, FTI.

Performed project controls and contract duties, as Consultant Engineer on the Owner's Engineer (OE) team, related to a pipeline project designed to transport natural gas from Turkey to Austria via Bulgaria, Romania, and Hungary. Coordinated various local FEED engineer (LFE) work programs, produced monthly and weekly reports, completed Document Review Forms (DRFs)

Developed a planning and progress system for the $400 million construction of a 280,000 SM multipurpose complex with exhibition halls and a concourse for the Dubai Airshow.

Worked for an engineering, construction, and project management contractor, I acted as a third-party expert in directing the development and monitoring of a construction schedule for a $30 million refinery upgrade project. Served as a third-party expert for a $1.7 billion oil pipeline project involving the construction of four main pump stations and two intermediary pigging stations.

Employed by a construction consortium, I revised and restructured the schedule for a $96 million plant expansion project with more than 4,000 construction items.

Working for a crude oil, gas, and sulphur producer, I was responsible for procuring stock materials from warehouses to construction sites for an oil drilling establishment with more than 5,000 employees.
