•Preparation & monitoring of Master Construction Program, Project Baseline & Monthly & Weekly plan and developing the Critical Path, Cash-Flow & Histograms using Primavera P6 & MS Excel & handling BIM. •Assisting in preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) report with good understanding of Contractual clauses, terms & conditions.(FIDIC; NEC; CPWD) •Earned Value Management & preparing recovery and accelerated program to catch-up. •Assisting in Risk analysis and preparation of alternative & mitigation plan.

•Creating, updating and maintaining project data using Primavera P6 software for project planning, scheduling, monitoring & control following the ISO System. •Initiating weekly/monthly meetings to review project status & recovery plan. •Preparing Cash flows, MIS reports, KPI analysis & coordination with site and client. •Developing various important spreadsheets & histograms for forecasting & performance analysis. •Progress reporting with proficient use of Primavera P6 & MS Excel data.

•Assisting in developing Monthly & Weekly plans and progress reports. •Updating progress and tracking & monitoring actual against planned progress. •Preparing shop drawings in AutoCAD and 3D Modelling in Revit & handling BIM. •Preparing material, equipment and manpower histogram & schedule. Assisting team leader in detecting any shortage. •Developing & monitoring Look ahead schedules for site execution and procurement management. •Monitoring submittals and procurement activities.
