Extensive and broad experience of international project management, business development, sales and human resources. Responsible and leader of the fastest growing profit center of Nexum. Leading a department of 30+ employees with focus on highest levels of profitability, efficiency and productivity.

In year 2009, I was assigned as the executive of the profit center, while still actively managing projects, I was responsible of controlling other project managers and sales targets. Team growth three times that year and all sales targets are reached.

I led a developer team in international and local software projects. I took high responsibility in production and delivery stages to meet budgets, deadlines. I was always willing to get my hands dirty to supply best software architecture & quality.
