My duties included recruiting, training motivated personnel with a wide range of diverse skills. Oversaw & maintained highest quality standards with attention to detail on site management. I accomplished organization-level event planning on International volume.

Sheraton Atakoy, Istanbul- 2010 & Crown Plaza Hotel, Istanbul 2011 I acted as liaison between International guests and dancers. Organized 150 dancers from twenty-five different countries, four night event with 450 guests and directed Gala Dinners with live music, performances by professional artists. The events included Major Media Exposure. Coordinated 45 workshops led by Master Teacher. Additional to the festival organized a Dance Championship

Among many successful projects: Beat It – Michael Jackson Tribute-Flash mob 2009, Taksim Istanbul, Turkey. I organized, well rehearsed and superb performance of 175 participants in a Flash mob. Included Major Media Exposure.

At Times Circle Studios/Fazil Studio, a historic renowned studio, with famous artists such as: Buster Brown, Foxy Brown, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey,Gregory Hines, Savion Glover and Missy Elliott (among others).

Assisting exhibitors, translated for IMMIB-Turkish Mineral and Metals. Direct client, vendors, and builders contact.
