Leading the user experience design of projects throughout the entire design cycle; from scoping, concepting and high-level design (e.g. app map overviews, user experience flows, high level design concepts sketches, concept proving prototypes) through to delivery of detailed UE design deliverables (e.g. app / site information architecture, detailed user flows, prototypes, annotated wireframes or designs) whether these deliverables were required by in-house delivery teams, or for third-party delivery.

- Educating clients and agency colleagues on User Experience discipline newly introduced to the work processes by advocating ux best practices, creating design guidelines, reviewing and finding best ux solutions with new and currently existing designs. - Creating and presenting wireframes, mock-ups, user flow, information architectures and prototypes for complex digital applications. - Conducting usability tests, and quick guerrilla testing to validate designs through user feedback.

- Creating information architecture and interaction design for transactional, informational and marketing websites and mobile applications. - Documenting high-level functional annotations and design specifications. - Analyzing audiences, tasks, user data and web analytics to inform designs. - Leading and participating in immersive user research, concept testing and usability testing. - Conducting heuristic evaluations or usability reviews and providing recommendations for improving clients' products.

- Wearing user experience hat while designing, analyzing and maintaining consistency of user interfaces throughout internal and external Houston based Boeing websites, web based applications, portals and wikis. - Providing web design support to the Information Technology division resulting in a promotion after less than two years of employment. - Consulting with cross-department teams to ensure consistent design for all new projects.

- Supervising a group of ten students at the Panta Rei Web Site Internship Development Center on database and web-based development projects - Cultivating client relationships while also performing office management duties - Responsible for researching products, competitors’ websites, and new market technologies in order to remain “bleeding edge” - Creating and editing graphics, multimedia, and data resources - Developing and maintaining e-commerce websites
