Focus on the German PUD (pick-up and delivery) fleet providing cost controlling, performance analysis and optimization opportunities. Further work included developing driver training material and preparing audits.

Planning and completion of internal system / process audits as well as preparation for certification audits. Responsible for identification, implementation and control of corrective measures resulting from audits. Additional consultancy / analysis on under-performing depots provided.

Responsible for 26 sub-contractors (business & residential courier routes) and two back-office support staff. The role included performance analysis and optimization of routes as well as hiring and development of sub-contractors. Project work included re-structuring under-performing depots.

Leading 18 direct reports and the day to day operations across three branches. The role included hiring and development of staff, performance analysis, optimization, budget control, and external consultancy.

3 year apprentice program covering a variety of areas of Dangerous Goods in Logistics. Areas included storage, training, shipment certification (IATA, IMDG), packaging including diagnostics, Sales, Accounts and Supply Chain.
