HR responsible for the international subsidiary offices of the Company mainly focused on LATAM countries: Brazil, Perú & Chile, and Europe. Responsibilities: - Taking care of the whole recruitment process. Local sourcing, interviews, tests, administration and induction. - Conduct the expatriation process, reviewing tax contribution and immigration-visa aspects. - Administration tasks and payroll check. - Creation of the internal procedures and development plan.

Being in charge of the recruitment of 6 international partners. Recruiting customer service, sales and technical support profiles for clients in the IT field, F&B Industry, Services and Retail fields. Responsible for several implementations and internal promotions.
